Berlin- site based module

Whilst in on a fine art site based module we were sent to Berlin. There the most powerful moment I experienced was whilst being in the jewish memorial.
At one point I came across a quote written by a nine year old Jewish girl to her father "33st of july 1942, Dear father! i am saying goodbye to you before I die. We would so love you to live, but they wont let us and we will die. I am so scared of this death because the small children are thrown alive into the pit. Goodbye forever, i kiss you tenderly. Your J "
This experience completely broke me at the time due to having a daughter the same age myself and so i felt the need on returning to make a grave and a symbol of homage for her.
